About the Artist
Moe Angelo is a visionary digital artist and co-owner of Lightbrush, a creative studio from Denver, Colorado, renowned for projection mapping, live visuals, and interactive installations. With a passion for merging art and technology, Angelo has created groundbreaking experiences, including mind-powered projection art and lasers using EEG neurofeedback.
Lightbrush collaborations include: the Droidbrush project with Android Jones; animated music videos for Peter Gabriel’s new 5050 project, The String Cheese Incident, Saxsquatch, Fortunate Youth, Beats Antique, and more; live performances with the likes of 311, Reggie Watts, CloZee, Umphrey’s McGee, Emancipator, and many more legends of the music industry; permanent installations like the projection-mapped "Umi" by sculptor Daniel Popper. Most recent Lightbrush endeavors bring together a massive team to create “TaoBot,” an interactive a.i. Agent collaborating with DJs and musicians from around the globe, living and interacting on the internet, and making its way into the real world.
