About the Artist

Jeff Scher is a painter and Emmy Award winning animator. In addition to his independent work he has directed music videos for artists including Tom Petty, Graham Nash, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Joan Baez. His films were regularly featured in the New York Times in a column “The Animated Life”. He teaches at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and lives in Connecticut.
